Josh Clendenen is the Owner and General Contractor for Delaney Company.  Delaney Company is a home builder & remodeler company that focuses on working on insurance jobs and partnering with HOA's to maintain and replace any exterior work needed. We specialize in insurance negotiations & repairs for fire, water damage, wind & hail. 

Delaney Company provides service to the Twin Cities & surrounding suburbs including western Wisconsin.

Delaney Company has had many clients that are apart of homeowner’s associations and multifamily homes and knows how to communicate with the associations to fulfill a claim and finish a job. Working closely with committees such as “Design Review Committee” on exterior building renovation, we pride ourselves by maintaining compliance and finishing a job with happy homeowners and HOAs.

As a general contractor known for our fantastic customer service, we aim to maintain this relationship in anyway possible. Delaney Company does this by taking the work out of the project for the homeowner and getting the job done in a timely fashion with minimal bumps along the road.
