Delaney Company did an excellent job handling major hail storm damage to our condo association and even worked with the insurance company, negotiating on our behalf. Josh had been referred to us by another local association and was highly recommended by them. Josh was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure damage to broken windows and solar tubes was temporarily patched until the permanent repairs could be made. We had to wait several months for the manufacturer to get the broken windows replaced. With winter weather approaching, Josh came back and added additional insulation over the broken windows to keep those homeowners as comfortable as possible through the winter. I can speak for all of our Board members as to how impressed we have been with Josh. Even our homeowners had nothing but praise for him and for his crews.
Our experience with the various crews Delaney Company had working on our homes, is that they were extremely professional. They worked 12 to 13 hour days and were always patient and good natured. I had a number of compliments about them from our homeowners. Josh has handled other projects for us too. Our experience with him has been that he is honest and responsive to our calls and requests. As another Board member said, “Josh is a class act”. We trust him completely and I recommend him for any repairs or maintenance.
